During the 1980s, he auditioned for a role in ‘NBC’ network’s popular late-night comedy show, ‘Saturday Night Live! Live! Live!,’ and got selected for the position. After a while, he continued to perform in the show until one night he was asked to perform stand-up comedy since the channel was without content for a short while.
